Nest Terms and Conditions

Rates:
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include continental breakfast and use of all facilities including outdoor bath and sauna.
Prices also include 15% GST.
Rates are based on one or two persons sharing a room unless otherwise specified.

Child Policy:
Sadly we can’t allow children under 10 years of age at Nest. The steep terrain, swing bridges and high decking could prove disastrous for little wanderers.

Animal Policy:
Due to Nest being on a working farm we can’t allow people to bring their own beloved pooches due to safety issues around stock.

Cancellation within 90 days of arrival date: 25% of the total booking price will be charged.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
Credit Card details supplied will be used to charge any cancellation fees.
If we are able to replace your booking, this fee may be waived.

Nest Tree Houses reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to adverse weather conditions. In this case, a full refund will be given.

Check-out time is 11 am.
The property must be completely vacated by check-out time. Failure to comply will incur a surcharge. You may request an early check-in or late check-out.  We do our best to honour such requests.
